Support manufacturing teams where needed

Initiate and implement improvement ideas

Design, develop and implement flexible, lean processes and state of the art test solutions

Analyze and implement technical solutions in order to increase quality, productivity and speed within production

Enthusiastic and passionate about automation and/or Industry 4.0.

Master or bachelor in Mechanical Engineering ( specialized in automation is a plus).

Can work projectwise & independent

Good communication skills, written and spoken, in English and Dutch

Work in a dynamic team of about 20 engineers who are collaborating in a supportive manner

Teamplayer with a hands-on mentality (assemble tools)

Analytical and problem solving skills

Know how in optics, mechanics and visualization techniques and applications is a plus
-
Languages: Dutch speaking (needs to explain and draft instructions for production colleagues)

FMEA & DFA knowledge

Knowledge of safety and ergonomics during the design process

Mechanical design experience

Design Knowledge of CREO
