Temporarily reinforcing the Infra Secretary team of a senior consultant team of 5 persons in Monnoyer.
• Supporting document management in Opentext/eDOC
o Finalization of documents in MS Word and MS Excel
o Diffusion and archiving in Opentext or other applications
• Agenda management in Outlook
• Absence management in MS Excel
• Organization of meetings and travels
• Management of generic mailbox
• Various administrative tasks
 
Competences required :
• Good oral and written skills
• Good knowledge of spelling and grammar
• Skilled in use of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
• Client oriented
• Flexible
• Planning and organizing
Languages:
 • Independent use of French and Dutch
