- Administrative service within the purchasing department
- Strict follow-up of the purchasing process and the creation of purchase orders within the deadline
- Follow-up towards the internal customer & suppliers regarding the purchase orders and support them with the correct info
- Delivery of input when there is need for optimization of the process of the follow-up
- Support the P2P processes, including PO creaction and update
- Implement, review and control framework contract retrievals including the monitoring and tracking of target values
- Monitor of contract dates, contractual penalties, etc.
- Resolve contract disruptions and supplument management
- Support process owner with implementation of new processes and tools
- Provide inputs for change and optimization from an operations standpoint
- Analyze and share inputs for process optimization to improve lead time and smoothen administrative workload
- Very good knowledge of native speaking Nl & Fr
- Medior experience or interest in logistic processes
- Good practice of SAP and Microsoft applications and Ariba
- Good analytic, organizational and accurate competences
- Teamwork and communication skills in international and multicultural environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset
