Operational Administrative Buyer

  • - Administrative service within the purchasing department
  • - Strict follow-up of the purchasing process and the creation of purchase orders within the deadline
  • - Follow-up towards the internal customer & suppliers regarding the purchase orders and support them with the correct info
  • - Delivery of input when there is need for optimization of the process of the follow-up
  • - Support the P2P processes, including PO creaction and update
  • - Implement, review and control framework contract retrievals including the monitoring and tracking of target values
  • - Monitor of contract dates, contractual penalties, etc.
  • - Resolve contract disruptions and supplument management
  • - Support process owner with implementation of new processes and tools
  • - Provide inputs for change and optimization from an operations standpoint
  • - Analyze and share inputs for process optimization to improve lead time and smoothen administrative workload
  • - Very good knowledge of native speaking Nl & Fr
  • - Medior experience or interest in logistic processes
  • - Good practice of SAP and Microsoft applications and Ariba
  • - Good analytic, organizational and accurate competences
  • - Teamwork and communication skills in international and multicultural environment
  • - Entrepreneurial mindset
